Heritage Month art exhibition

SEDIBENG. – A three-dimension Heritage Month Exhibition will be held at the Diniso Arts Complex in Bedworthpark from 24 – 30 September.

The exhibition will include Children’s Art Exhibition, Len Khumalo’s Photographs Exhibition and Vintage Vehicles Exhibition for Social Cohesion
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Iga-Makhulu Diniso Diniso Arts Complex said that the official opening of the exhibition is from 10:00 and the program includes art talks, speeches on social cohesion, music performances and meals on 24 September.

“On the 25 and 26 September, the exhibition will be open viewing with entertainment and refreshments and the admission is by donation.
“BC Art Smart’s children’s art exhibition curated by Ivo Murrijo Cossa a fine art student in Human Science at the Vaal University of Technology, aims to develop children and youth with critical thinking and creative capabilities so to express their creativeness and bring positive development effects, and to have diverse culture and diverse creativeness that can positively affect the world.”

Diniso said that the Len Khumalo Legacy Photographs Exhibition township tour will also premiere on the 24 September, Heritage Day.

“The veteran photographic journalist will be exhibiting some of his photographs and will be giving a talk on his life and works. The Bright Sparks Dazzler owned by Charmaine Booth and Christelle McDermid will be displaying vintage vehicles. Diniso Kasi Arts will be presenting entertainment of music by Iza and Iva Duet.”
The Covid-19 regulations will be observed.
