SEDIBENG.- With local registration under way, Home Affairs Stakeholders Forum in Emfuleni Chairperson and Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) Speaker, Maipato Tsokolibane has made a plea to the Emfuleni residents to collect their IDs at Home Affairs. Tsokolibane told Sedibeng Ster that there are many uncollected IDs smart cards and green barcoded at the following Home Affairs, Evaton, Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark Home Affairs. Tsokolibane said: “We are appealing to the community especially those who know that they have applied for an ID to come to collect them at Evaton, Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark Home Affairs. The list is long for those who must come to collect their IDs because to register to vote they need ID’s,” said Tsokolibane.
