ORANGE FARM. – Police in Orange Farm arrested three male suspects aged between 19 and 31 years for possession of dagga and dealing in drugs .
This was during an intergrated operation which was carried out in the Orange Farm policing precinct recently.
Police Spokesperson Sergeant Thembeka Maxambela reports that 12 liquor outlets were visited to monitor compliance during the operation.
“An illegal shebbeen operating without a license was closed down and liquor seized.
“Traffic fines amounting to R4800 were issued to non compliant ddrivers. Second hand dealerstogether with bussines centers were visited to check on compliance.
“In total police managed to arrest 10 suspects. All arrested persons will appear in court soon. “
