Vaal Pros to play against Highlands Park in streams Playoffs
They will know before the end of this week when they will be playing against the Stream A winner.
SHARPEVILLE.- Vaal Professionals will play against Highlands Park in the streams Playoffs. This was after both sides were declared winners in Stram A and B respectively. Vaal Pros played to a 1-1 draw against Dube Continental FC to become the champion in Stream B while Highlands Park beat NWU Vaal 2-1 to finished at the top of Stream A over the weekend.
The Streams Playoffs will determine the team that will represent Gauteng in the National Playoffs for GladAfrica Championship promotion for next season.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport Vaal Pros Coach, Mokete Tsotetsi said they will know before the end of this week when they will be playing against the Stream A winner.
He told Sedibeng Ster Sport that they are determined to qualify for the national playoffs as they eye for promotion to GladAfrica Championship League next season.
“Look, it is everyone’s ambition to play in GladAfrica Championship next season. We had a good season and there is a belief among the players that next season they want to see themselves playing in GladAfarica Championship,” he concluded.
