Master Zondo Sports Foundation tournament’s great success
The winners received trophies, medals, soccer balls and prize money.
SEBOKENG.- The Master Zondo Sports Foundation in conjunction with Sebokeng Ajax FC hosted a successful development tournament which came to an end at the Zone 12 soccer ground over the weekend. This annual tournament saw the teams that play under Emfuleni Local Football Association (ELM) battle it out for honour throughout the day. The tournament started in April with twelve teams playing in a round robin system until they reach the knockout stages. 
The teams that formed part of the tournament were Two Touch, Sebokeng Brazil, Italian Job, Home Defenders, Vaal Triangle, Sebokeng Aax,, Real Tokyo, VGSA, Sharp Sporting, Enestro City and Happy Stars FC. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Master Zondo said the initiative is part of his social responsibility. He said this initiative was supported by the Department of Sports and Recreation as part of the ongoing community games they hold during the school holidays within the Emfuleni community.
Zondo said all the COVID-19 regulations, health and safety directives were adhered to with the following divisions taking part: u/11, u/13, u/15 and u/17. The winners received trophies, medals, soccer balls and prize money.

Sebokeng Brazil were crowned the champion in both the U/15 and u/17 division, while Italian Job FC crowned the winners in the u/13. VGSA were crowned the tournament champions in the u/11 division.
