MIDVAAL. –Mayerton SAPS together with Meyerton community patrollers, Home Affairs, Afri Guard Security and Alpha Trauma Centre clamped down on crime in the area, making sure that law and order is being maintained.
Police spokesperson Constable Tlaleng Moloi says, “The Intelligence driven operation focused on preventing and combating crime through enhanced visibility, Vehicle control points, searching for illegal substances, illegal firearms and ammunitions and illegal immigrants.
During the operation, Meyerton station commander Colonel Victor Moeti Lepitla reminded members to take safety precautions by wearing masks at all times and sanitize before and after searching any person, vehicle or any other property.”
All the arrested person’s will appear in court.
