MMM contractor hands over classroom keys to Mohloli
Makua appealed to the community to be the custodian of the property.
SHARPEVILLE.- After a long wait, four classrooms of Mohloli Secondary School that burned down in 2019 recently received attention and were refurbished.
The Principal of the school, Nomhlolo Mavimbela together with her staff were over the moon when Marius Voster and his partner Senzo Motloung from MMM Contractors handed over the classroom’s keys last week.
Thomas Makua, the school’s Deputy Principal said that since the Grade 12 classrooms burned down in 2019, to date they still didn’t know the cause of the fire.
“Thanks to the MMM contractors for their spirit of ubuntu.”
Makua appealed to the community to be the custodian of the property. Voster went on to say: “We could not watch as our children, the future of tomorrow, shared a few classes. We have put cementing walls, doors, painting, tiling, sliding door, and windows. The local community was hired as part of job creation.”
