Young humanitarian continues to make difference

EVATON.- Tshepang Mosokwene (22) is a young woman with a vision.

This North West University (NWU) Vaal student continues to touch the lives of young people in the community. This ambitious young woman recently paid a visit to Rutasetjhaba Secondary School learners in Evaton as part of her ongoing project to mentor them.

She was accompanied by a few of her friends to motivate the Grade 12 learners. This is not the first time Mosokwene has embarked on such a community project.
In 2020 she visited Tokelo Secondary School.

“This is something that is close to my heart, to make a difference in our community that I grew up in. We visit the schools’ grade 12 learners to guide and inspire them, and to show them opportunities available for them out there. But more than that, to take life with a positive attitude and be rooted in character as young African people.
“We will continue to do this even helping them to apply to different universities.

“This is also a form of mentorship for the young pupils in terms of life in general especially those who approach the challenges of this world,” she concluded.
