It started with a jog
“I was huge, I wore size 40 and I knew I had to make a change."
VANDERBIJLPARK.- What started as a jog ended up being a lifestyle for Mmabatho Dithugoe. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport after a successful Ba2Fitness Junkie aerobics event held at the Boipatong Stadium recently, Dithugoe said that body shaming motivated her to end up falling in love with fitness. 
She said her fitness journey started in 2014 when she was overweight. This beautiful fitness fanatic told Sedibeng Ster Sport that she looked older than her elder sister because of her weight and that didn’t sit well with her. “I was huge, I wore size 40 and I knew I had to make a change. I challenged myself and said that I’m going to do something about my body. I started to jog and it ended up being my lifestyle. People would stared at me like I was out of my mind running in the street. But I wouldn’t mind because I knew what I wanted in life. I then I fell in love with fitness. I’m very passionate to change people’s lives,” she said.
The Back to Ba2Fitness Junkie aerobics event was meant to bring fun and vibe to the youth and also to help women to socialise and to help them forget about their problems
