Old woman ‘lost’ at graveyard

She could not walk and could neither recall her name or how she came to be in the graveyard.

EVATON.- Stranger things have happened, and what Sedibeng Ster witnessed at the Evaton Cemetery on Monday remains a mystery.

Sedibeng Ster came across a confused old woman at the cemetery. She could not walk and could neither recall her name or how she came to be in the graveyard, but said that she was from Mafatsane, Evaton. The strange thing is that she recalled her children’s names which she said are Dipuo and Mandla. “I’m staying in Evaton but I don’t remember my house number. I stay alone, and my children stay somewhere,” she told Sedibeng Ster. At the time of going to print Sedibeng Ster had made the graveyard’s security personnel aware of the old woman and they promised to attend to her and call the police to see how they can help her get home even though she didn’t remember her house number.
