Witnesses sought for accident that killed three students

It is not known who was on the wrong side of the law as both drivers allege that the robot was green.

VANDERBIJLPARK. – The police in Vanderbijlpark are looking for witnesses to assist with a culpable homicide where three students were killed. Police were called to the scene On Saturday 2019-09-14 at about 23:15 where two motor vehicles had collided.

Police spokesperson sergeant Gertrude Makhale says, “A white Toyota Fortuna and a silver Chevrolet Aveo collided with each other.   The accident happened at the robot of R42 and Piet Retief road. It is not known who was on the wrong side of the law as both drivers allege that the robot was green.”
