Huge support for Sharpeville Bootcamp
The main aim of this Bootcamp was to promote a healthy lifestyle on young and old in the community.
SHARPEVILLE. – Young and old came in numbers to attended a ‘Bootcamp’ hosted by the Mosikidi Sisters in conjunction with Go-getters and Unstoppable Hustlers at George Thabe Stadium Cricket grounds in Sharpeville recently.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Vuyiswa Mosikidi said the main aim of this Bootcamp was to promote a healthy lifestyle on young and old in the community. She told Sedibeng Ster Sport that she was overwhelmed by the attendance. “We are promoting healthy lifestyles around the Sharpeville community as they are aware, we are facing global tendencies which are poor nutrition, aging population and unemployment. The objective is to make the community healthier and happy,” she said.
Mosikidi said they will organise another Bootcamp in December because at that time of the year people have enough time to take part in activities.
