VEREENIGING. – Semakaleng Moeketsi popularly known as Smacx is serious about the business of making her dreams come true. Semakaleng recently embarked on a journey to the Western Cape where she represented the Vaal Triangle in a reality TV show dubbed #Africasnextplussizemodel which will be hitting the screens in the weeks to come.
“That was such an amazing experience. We went to Matroosberg for six days to shoot a reality show that will soon be aired on DSTV. “We were about 12 beautiful Plussize models and everyday we woke up to a challenge. I met great people and I stood out of the rest because of my energy and positivity. “I was able to do things I never thought I would do. It was such an adventure. I represented Vaal and Plussize women very well.”
According to Moeketsi, the first episode will be aired on the November 01 on channel 263, CapeTV.” Semakaleng has been able to wear a few hats such as that of being a radio presenter, a plus size model and an ambassador for a popular fashion brand. She has become a positive role model for girls in all shapes and sizes.
Speaking about how she maintains a great balance between her job and things she is passionate about, Moeketsi states that she puts herself first in everything she does.
“My career has helped me interact with amazing people but I needed something that was about me, Radio and Plussize Modelling was it.
