Prominent Doctor murdered in Three Rivers

According to Vereeniging Police Spokesperson Captain Fikile Funda, officers arrived on the scene to find the helper who escorted them to the main bedroom.

Three bodies comprising one female and two males were discovered in Meyerton.

VEREENIGING. – The police in Vereeniging are investigating the murder of a prominent Doctor. It is said that the Doctor was killed at his home in Fish-eagle Street , Three Rivers.The incident happened on Monday afternoon.

According to Vereeniging Police Spokesperson Captain Fikile Funda, officers arrived on the scene to find the helper who escorted them to the main bedroom. The police then ransacked the bedroom.

“Police found the deceased naked , seated against the wall with injuries on his forehead. There was blood on the bed, floor and the floor leading to the bathroom.

“We are investigating a murder case. We are appealing to anyone who might have witnessed this incident to to contact the SAPS on 016450 2263 or 016450 2517.”
