Midvaal’s Municipal Manager resigns

Midvaal Local Municipality Executive Mayor, Bongani Baloyi has thanked the Municipal Manger (MM) Albert de Klerk for his contribution to the municipality and wished him well in his future endeavours.

MAYERTON. – Midvaal Local Municipality Executive Mayor, Bongani Baloyi has thanked the Municipal Manger (MM) Albert de Klerk for his contribution to the municipality and wished him well in his future endeavours.

This follows De Klerk’s official resignation from the municipality in pursuit of new opportunities, effective from November 21.

According to Media Liaison Officer Simon Ratlhagane,  De Klerk joined the municipality in the year 2000 and contributed his knowledge and experience to build Midvaal.

“The Council will now be taking the necessary steps to move forward with the process of filling the position. Solly Mosidi remains the acting municipal manager until the position is filled.

“The municipality remains committed to quality service delivery which translate into a positive and tangible difference on our residence’s lives.” Ratlhagane concludes.
