Sebokeng Hospital closes women’s month in style

Onicca Masangane, a transformational Speaker for public servants emphasised the importance of equality in the working environment with regards to levels and job types.

SEBOKENG.- Sebokeng Hospital recently hosted an event to close off women’s month in style.

Lerato Sedulawesi says, “ The main purpose of the event was to celebrate all female employees and to remind them that they are entitled to equality in the work place.”

Onicca Masangane, a transformational speaker for public servants emphasised the importance of equality  in the working environment with regards to levels and job types.

She stressed the fact that women shouldn’t look down on themselves when it comes to job types, “There is no job that is specific for men or women,” we as women  should involve ourselves in the so called “male dominated fields and work towards our goals.”

The event was successful with a lot of guests saying that they were inspired.
