VANDERBIJLPARK. – Analytics company Lightstone Consumer has for the past 15 years been
measuring customer satisfaction for the premier vehicle body repairers in South Africa and recently released a new report that ranked the top panel beaters in the country.
To determine the best, the analytics group focused on a number of factors including the panel beaters most likely to be recommended for fixing the car right the first time, fixing the car on time, who is the most professional and who rates best for friendliness.
Bayesian statistical methods and multilevel models were applied to the data gathered, and the final results were based on more than 40 000 vehicle repair records – with more than 700 panel beaters considered in the final report.
According to the overall leaderboard, Park Panelbeaters in Vanderbijlpark is the best in the country, and is also the only panelbeater from Gauteng to feature in the top ten. Brighton Body & Spray (Western Cape) and Auto Trust Body Repairs (Eastern Cape) round out the top three.
