Midvaal to consider partnership for electricity services

The Midvaal Municipality has completed a Feasibility Study Report to determine the viability of entering into a public-private partnership for the management, operation and maintenance of the electricity distribution services in its area.

 
MIDVAAL – The Midvaal Municipality has completed a Feasibility Study Report to determine the viability of entering into a public-private partnership for the management, operation and maintenance of the electricity distribution services in its area.

The municipality invites its residents, business fraternity and other interested persons to submit their comments on the Feasibility Study Report on or before May 14.

According to Municipal Manager Albert de Klerk the Feasibility Study Report will be considered by the Municipal Council of Midvaal at its Council Meeting to be held at 15:00 on May 31 this year. It will take place at the Council Chambers of the Civic Centre in Mitchell Street, Meyerton. The report can be inspected at the municipality’s offices and libraries during official hours of operation.
