Your donation can help others maintain their dignity

At the Rotary Charity Shop in Vanderbijlpark ‘previously loved clothing’ is made available at a very affordable price to less fortunate members of the community

VANDERBIJLPARK. – Members of Riverside Rotary are often seen at public events, working like bees and enjoying every moment of it!

The club currently has in excess of 20 charity programmes that benefit residents in its immediate and surrounding areas.

The Rotary Charity Shop is one of their programs where ‘previously loved clothing’ is made available at a very affordable price to less fortunate members of the community. In this case such community members can purchase affordable clothing and thereby maintain their dignity and self-esteem.

Riverside Rotary also received requests from less privileged members for second-hand shoes, toys, baby clothes, furniture and any household items and ask the community to please consider their cause.

Riverside Rotary Charity Shop relies on the support of generous donors. Profits from the shop are being used for the club’s Baby Project, Knitting Angels, and care packs for women who were raped or abused. Your donation will ensure the success of the club’s future.

Donations can be dropped off at the Rotary Charity Shop, Faraday Centre Shop 11, Faraday Boulevard, CW6, Vanderbijlpark. For collections please contact Linda on 082 721 7965 or look out for Riverside Rotary’s signs at local businesses that serve as drop-off zones.

* Riverside Rotary is a Public Benefit Organisation (in terms of Section 30 of the Income Tax Act 1962 as amended) which is devoted to making a difference in the local community.
