VEREENIGING.- Sedibeng Ster’s Senior Sports Journalist Zacharia Nale was among the special individuals who were recognised for having done work that has had a huge impact on society. Nale was awarded at the 2nd Annual YB20 Honorary Awards held at Vereeniging Civic Theatre recently for his role in soccer development in the region.
Speaking at the ceremony, YB20 Honorary Awards Founder Motseki Mabuya said: Your life story remains one of the very few that as a black community we can identify with. You are an epitome of hope to our young people in the Vaal and beyond our borders as a region, across the Province and the country”
To date, Nale has made lot of impact in the development of sports in this region both as a sports journalist and as a football development person for the past twenty years.
