Locals excell at National Science Olympiads

Three Vaal Triangle youngster from Word Of Life Christian School in Arconpark, recently won the top three positions in the country at the prestigious National Science Olympiads

 
VEREENIGING, – Three local youngsters, Jaden Short (1st), Kyran Vahed (2nd), and Michaela Zamisa (3rd) from Word Of Life Christian School in Arconpark, recently won the top three positions in the country at the prestigious National Science Olympiads for Grade 5 Natural Sciences .

The Science Olympiad assessments was developed by lecturers from The University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, aimed to find the brightest school children whom can ultimately represent South Africa in the International Science Olympiads held in various parts of the world.

These assessments are open to all schools, government and private, for children from grade 4 on to grade 12. Any interested schools or educators can find the info on their Website www.scienceolympiad.co.za
