MEYERTON. – The man in the picture is being sought by the Meyerton SAPS to help with a murder investigation. This is after a Henly On Klip couple was found dead on 07 May.
According to Police Spokesperson Constable Maria Letsele, a person close to the couple went looking for them with the help of community members after they had not made contact with their family for a few days. When the group entered the house, they found the man on the floor with a stab wound and his wife in the other room with no visible injuries.
“An ambulance was called to the scene and both the man and woman were certified dead. The person on the photo can assist the police with investigations, anyone who might have information on the whereabouts of the person on the photo to please call Warrant Officer Gerhard Cloete on 082 822 7637 or 016 362 0126.
Police are investigating cases of murder, robbery and motor vehicle theft.
