LifeLine thanks supporters of Golf Day fundraiser

"We would like to thank ALL the sponsors for their wonderful donations which made the day the huge success"

Colleen Rogers, director of LifeLine (Vaal Triangle) writes:

For the second year in a row, our wonderful friends from BNI were instrumental in organising a Golf Day to raise funds for LifeLine. Between Shirley Hughes, the LifeLine Centre Manager, Robbie Reid (Hot Pot & Bobaas Bosveld Wood), Leon Stols (TFC Consultants) and Hennie Dreyer (OHS Academy Vaal) all the organising of this day was taken care of. They worked extremely hard to make the day the success it was.
The event was held at the Meyerton Golf Course where all our needs were taken care of with enthusiasm and very efficiently. Many businesses donated wonderful prizes and in the end every golfer received a prize. 90.6 and DJ Andrew provided music and airtime.
The Golf Day was a Better Ball Scramble Drive and was very well attended. There was a wonderful braai and prize-giving after the game. DJ Andrew provided music and after the raffles and auctions everyone ended the day, dancing and singing and partying!!
We would like to thank ALL the sponsors for their wonderful donations which made the day the huge success it was. We would like to thank ALL the players who participated. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the day, even though the temperature was over 30 degrees! We hope to do this again next year – so watch this space!
