ORANGE FARM. – ER24 reports that two people were killed this evening after a taxi and a bakkie collided on the Golden Highway next to Orange Farm.
At approximately 6:30pm, paramedics from ER24 and other services arrived on the scene where they found a bakkie overturned. A young girl and an adult woman were both found with fatal injuries. It is believed that they were ejected from the bakkie during the collision. Another occupant was treated for his injuries and transported to Sebokeng Hospital.
Two occupants from the taxi, including the taxi driver were treated for moderate injuries and also transported to hospital.”The exact circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown.
