I am not a trafficker: Sebata

Posts had gone viral and claimed that Ramotsela, who is a professional Sesotho Hip Hop (Tshepe) artist was a human trafficker and that people should be aware of him.

VEREENIGING. – A local singer, Lehlohonolo ‘Sebata’ Ramotsela recently woke up to find that his name was tarnished all over social networks.

Posts had gone viral and claimed that Ramotsela, who is a professional Sesotho Hip Hop (Tshepe) artist was a human trafficker and that people should be aware of him.
Human trafficking is the trade of humans, most commonly for the purpose of forced labour, sexual slavery, or commercial sexual exploitation for the trafficker or others.
Ramotsela came to Sedibeng Ster officers to give his side of the story after he opened a case against the first person to put the post online. “It is sad how a person’s dignity can be destroyed in one post or one word with something that is not true.
This nearly destroyed me and killed my spirit but I am strong. I have worked hard to create my image and then a single post pops up to undo all that I have worked for all these years. I have opened a case of defamation of character with the Vereeniging Police.,” said Ramotsela.
