RAF BRINGS SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY OF SEBOKENG, VEREENIGING

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) will be visiting the community of Sebokeng to offer a full range of service.s on Friday, 10 March Claimants will be assisted with registering of new claims directly and consolidation of required compliance documents, while help will also be provided regarding queries concerning RAF’s many other products and services.
Primrose Mtshali, Johannesburg Regional General Manager, said: “At the heart of this community outreach is service delivery and making a difference to everyone affected by the scourge of road crashes. Claimants will be assisted with registering of new claims directly, consolidation of required compliance documents, settlement offers, and reporting alleged cases of misconduct against unscrupulous personal injury representatives or touts defrauding unsuspecting claimants.”
Community members are encouraged to bring their ID documents to the event for enquiries and information on their claim. Other important information which needs to be provided for new claims will include the case numbers, accident reports, hospital reports, vehicle registrations and contact numbers of all parties involved in the motor vehicle accident.
Those who are unable to attend the event can visit the RAF at any of the following Free State Hospital Service Centres: Sebokeng Hospital (Vereeniging); Dr George Mukhari Hospital (Ga-Rankuwa); Jubilee Hospital (Hammanskraal); Steve Biko Hospital (Pretoria); Kalafong Hospital (Pretoria); Tshwane District Hospital (Pretoria); Charlotte Maxeke Hospital (Johannesburg); Tembisa Hospital (Tembisa); Tambo Memorial Hospital (Boksburg); Helen Joseph Hospital (Johannesburg); Far East Rand Hospital (Springs); Leratong Hospital (Krugersdorp); Thelle Mogoerane (Vosloorus); Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital (Johannesburg); and Pholosong Hospital (Brakpan).
