A teenage girl was allegedly abducted from her home in Khutsong at Ext.4 on 26 July.
According to the police, the incident took place when the victim, a 19-year-old girl, and her family was asleep. They were awoken by the bang as two unknown men allegedly kicked the door of the house open and threatened the family members with knives.
They fled with the girl, who is apparently a learner at Relebogile High School in Extension 4.
She was taken to an unknown place but was returned safely to her home on Wednesday 29 July.
A case of abduction has been opened and the police are looking for any information that can lead them to the suspects.
