Grade 1 competition 2017

Here are the first entries for Ster and Vaalweekblad's annual Grade 1 competition!

Who will be the Vaal’s cutest Grade One in 2017?

Are you the parent of a little one who is in grade one in the Vaal Triangle this year? How would you like your kid’s school fees to be paid on your behalf for the whole year? This is one of the enticing prizes in Ster and Vaalweekblad’s Grade One competition.
In order to stand a winning chance, enter your child into the Grade One Competition starting this week.
All you as a parent have to do, is dress your kiddy in his or her new school uniform, take a digital photo and email it to rfichat@media24.com to reach us not later than January 31. Remember to provide your child’s name and surname, his or her school and a contact number where we can reach you if he/she is the winner.
As lots of entries are expected, a panel of judges will select the best photos to appear in a Grade One supplement that will be included in Vaalweekblad in February.
Readers, parents and their families will then get an opportunity to vote for the entrants. The grade ones in the first three positions will each win exciting prizes. The biggest prize is that the winner’s school fees will be paid by MooiVaal Media for one year. Taken into consideration that school fees amounts to thousands of rands, the stakes are high.
So, take a photo today and mail it as soon as possible to rfichat@media24.com!
