Diamonds Reflector celebrate Youth Month in style

SEBOKENG. – The Diamond Reflectors Youth Club members, ranging in age from 5 to 12 celebrated Youth Day in style in Zone 12, Sebokeng recently.
The children danced to the popular rhythms of SARAFINA in the streets reminding the community about the political and tense times of the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s.
Diamond Reflectors Youth Club Co-founders, Thenjiwe, Nonkululeko and Nontsikelelo Dayimani said, “ Nowadays the youth is celebrating this day by drinking alcohol but we as the Youth Club saw an opportunity to use this day wisely by fighting against child-abuse. We believe that our voices and cries will be heard and we can fight child and women abuse as they are high in our country.”
