Emfuleni Caucus mourns Dhlamini
The Emfuleni ANC Caucus has expressed their shock at the untimely passing of Juda Dhlamini, affectionately known as ‘Comrade Juda’.
SEDIBENG. – In a space of two weeks, the ANC in Sedibeng is once again in mourning.
The Emfuleni ANC Caucus has expressed their shock at the untimely passing of Juda Dhlamini, affectionately known as ‘Comrade Juda’, who was a Manager in the office of the Chief Whip in the Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM). A statement by the Caucus described Dhlamini as having an unyielding dedication, principles of integrity, good governance and accountability since his deployment to government.
“Beyond his significant work in the office of the Chief Whip, both in Sedibeng and Emfuleni, he served with distinction in various leadership roles and capacities including being a Councillor in the Lesedi District Municipality,” the statement said.
The Sedibeng District Municipality recently lost Victor Maditsi (39) who served as ANCYL branch chair (Pixley ka Seme, Vereeniging). He was allegedly shot at the gate of his residence.
Details about Dhlamini’s funeral had not been communicated at the time of going to print.
