New ELM WhatsApp numbers

Customers are encouraged to report queries via WhatsApp.

In a move to enhance customer service, the Metsi-a-Lekoa Customer Care Departments are introducing new WhatsApp numbers to report service-related issues. Customers are encouraged to report queries via WhatsApp. They should clearly state the nature of the complaint, name in full, contact numbers, address and nearest landmark if needed so that technical teams are dispatched accordingly. A reference number for follow-ups will be sent to the customer once the query is successfully logged on the system.
For no water, blocked sewers, leaking fire hydrants, water leaks, burst pipes, missing manhole covers, and foul-smelling water send a WhatsApp message to 083 434 3473.
For faulty meter complaints send a WhatsApp message to 064 918 6434.
