Reflection Movers Production hosts 2nd Annual Festival

"We also want to use this project to fight unemployment in our region."

EVATON.- Reflection Movers Production hosted the 2nd Annual Vaal Dance Festival at Evaton Mall Soccer Park over the weekend.

The event was supported by the Gauteng Department Of Arts, Culture, Sports, and Recreation. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Peter “Chino” Lekone who is the Chairperson and Project Manager of the Vaal Dance Festival hailed the event as a success. He told Sedibeng Ster that he would love to see this dance festival hosted quarterly because it has a very positive impact on the youth, and those that have lost hope in their craft.

“I want to see businesses and companies come on board and fund this project to be bigger and better. The success of the event was because of teamwork. I had a great team by my side and this really made things easier for the success of the event. All thanks to Thato Hlaki, John Mkhutjwa, and Tshepang Ditse for making sure everything ran smoothly, and as planned, thanks to all those who supported the event without all of you the event could not have been possible,” he concluded.
