Magasela Primary School Principal and School Governing Body (SGB) Chairperson Modise Hlalele were overwhelmed by this generosity from both parties. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Continental FC Spokesperson Mphikeleli Nhlapo said that this is the club’s drive to make a difference to those who are in need in the community. This is not the first time the club has been involved in such an initiative.

“Look, Continental FC is more than a football club but an institution and it is our responsibility as a club to make sure that these kids go to school well-dressed.  We will continue with this initiative and thanks to Sedibeng Ster Sport we read an article that the only thing that masters soccer teams know is to drink alcohol after their games and we took this as constructive criticism hence we came up with this initiative,” he said.
