Humanitarian organisation Gift of the Givers (GOTG) has come to the rescue of Metsimaholo municipal residents who are victims of the recent floods. Gift of the Givers provided food parcels to more than 500 beneficiaries of Metsimaholo Local Municipality. 
Gift of the Givers is the largest disaster response non-governmental organisation on the African continent.
The essence of the Foundation’s presence is to bring hope and restore dignity to the most vulnerable.
The Foundation were accompanied by Municipality Councillors, Acting director of Social Services Mr Gugu Nhlapo, Metsimaholo stakeholders forum, Metsimaholo CDW’s and municipal officials who have been working together to secure relief and help to rebuild.
