The partners said that this is with the aim of promoting fitness and a healthy living among the residents of Bophelong.

“With the help from the officials at the Bophelong staudium, we were, and still are able to hold our fitness sessions and we have reached out to a lot of people resulting in an increase in our gym. We as Body Cross TVB offer health advises to our members, we cater to all body types and all body goals, we are a diverse establishment that welcomes all genders, age divisions and a team of trainers who, not only respect people’s choices of fitness but also provide individual advise to members who are not clear as to what they need to do to get to their desired outcomes,” they said.

The partners further said that bearing in mind and not neglecting the unforeseen Covid-19 effects, they, and the participants are taking seriously the health precautions by wearing masks upon entrance, sanitizing of hands and adequate social distancing, a practice that is easily attainable because they train outside the sport fields.

“Our gym stands out because we do female and male training. With the overwhelming progress that we as TVB have attained, in regards to the feedback we get from our members and the results thereof, we are proud to say that we impact the community in a positive way. Our ultimate goals are to reach all of the Bophelong residents and offer them the health advantages which we believe are crucial especially during these hard times that require people to be more health conscious and be educated on ways to keep healthy and strong.”
