SOUTH AFRICA.-Â Tshakuma Tsha Madhivandila (TTM) caused a big upset when they knocked out Mamelodi Sundowns in the Nedbank Cup Semi-final on Sunday afternoon. This was after the game went to extra time but still there was no winner until a penalty shootout where Sundowns Captain, Hlompho Kekana missed in sudden death.
The final of this year’s Nedbank Cup will take place at Free State Stadium on May 8 at 6:00. This was announced by the PSL, who have decided on a historic venue for what will be a historic event come, 8 May 2021.
“The majestic Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein will host the Nedbank Cup Final for the first time in history, becoming the 10th venue to host the tournament’s finale in the past 13 years,” reads a statement from the League.
