Daleen Venter, ward councillor of Emfuleni Local Municipality Ward 1, Three Rivers was in an accident Houtkopweg near Dick Fourie stadium on Thursday afternoon. It is reported that Venter was sorting out the power outage which has plagued Three Rivers for 11 days.
