"Interested parties must get application forms at the nearest training centres and submit with copies of their ID and CV. Training will be held in Vereeniging but surrounding areas are welcome and will be accommodated.”

VEREENIGING. – A training opportunity for aspiring beauticians in the Vaal is currently open. This is after Ellies Beauty Studios, under Elizabeth Nchabeng, came up with a training programme for people with beauty skills and those who aspire to be part of the vast beauty industry.

“I know the importance of helping others, as no man is an island. I believe every candle lit can light another candle. I want to give young people a chance to be great.” Nchabeng established her training centre in Vereeniging five years ago. “The training includes nail technology, eyelash extensions, make-up and hair extensions. The aspiring beauticians will be empowered and enjoy practical’s while preparing to either start their own businesses or join an employment.”

Nchabeng states that the training will be cost free for the lucky applicants who will make it through, as space is limited.

“We are looking for hard working individuals who have a passion for beauty. This includes school dropouts and matriculants who are struggling to find work.

“Those who complete the training will be placed at other Ellies Beauty branches or may start their own businesses under the mentorship of Nchabeng.”

Nchabeng added that graduates would be sent for entrepreneurship workshops at the National Youth Development Agency.

These opportunities will be given on a first come first basis. Interested parties can call/WhatsApp 0765409046 or email- elliesbeautystudio@gmail.com.

Application dates run from 1 September to 30 November 2020.
