VEREENIGING.- The different taxi association members, owners and drivers have heeded the call by both President Cyril Ramaphosa and his Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula to sanitize their vehicles on a regular basis.
Passengers were delighted this past week when they noticed that their health is being taken into consideration and that the laws of the country were being obeyed when the taxi’s they were boarding were being sanitized and marshals offered them hand sanitizers before they boarded taxis to their different destinations at President Hyper taxi rank near Bedworthpark.
The taxi men have followed the call of government to try and end the spread of Covid-19 has ravaged the country with those infected, now over the thousand (1000) mark.
