ANC Women’s League opposes bail for the alleged murderer of a Tlokwe official

The ANC Women’s League in Tlokwe region is opposing bail for the alleged murderer of a Tlokwe council official.

Khado David Mogale (54) is said to have murdered his girlfriend, Mpotseng (Moeder) Matsose on 27 March. He appeared calm in the dock on Tuesday morning, when he came before Foso Makgaola in the Potchefstroom Magistrates’ Court. He remains in custody until his case resumes on Thursday morning.

Moeder was shot dead in her garage while on her way to work. As reported in the Herald of 3 April, the state opposed bail. The Women’s League is waiting for the court to approve their peaceful picket at his fourth appearance.
