An excellent story of love and forgiveness is cut both ways

The book which is about love, deceit and forgiveness is about a romance between two focused individuals, who after some dishonesty between them eventually start to learn about each other and one thing leads to another as they begin to learn their true self and learn about each other.

SEDIBENG.- An enthralling and intriguing  romance book, ‘Cut both ways’, has been penned down by author Sello Moroe.

The  book which is about love, deceit and forgiveness is about a romance between two focused individuals, who after some dishonesty between them eventually start to learn about each other and one thing leads to another as they begin to learn their true self and learn about each other.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster about the book, Moroe who is a resident of Sasolburg and is a well accomplished writer said that the book explores the ties that unknowingly bind people in ‘the web of life’.

This is Moroe’s first English book following in the steps of his first novel ‘ Bosweu ba lehlwa’ which was published by Maskew Miller Longman in 1997 and turned into a prescribed book by the department of Education for the Grade 12 Curriculum from 2009 to 2012. Moroe started writing in 1990 and his other published works are Southern Sotho Novels ‘Sweubalehlwa’ (a sequel to Bosweu ba lehlwa) and ‘ Mohlolo wa boraro’.

“‘Cut both ways’ is captivating, motivating an easy read for people both young and old. It tells a story of one being true to themselves, love, and finally a story of forgiveness,” said Moroe.

Moroe has had a radio drama called ‘Tshotleho ya Nteka’ broadcast by Lesedi FM, he won a Free State Premier’s Award in Arts and Culture in 2006 and won the Pan South African language Board (PanSALB) Writer of the Decade award in 2008.

‘Cut both ways’ promises to be a good read for book lovers.
