Sicelo woman raped by two men claiming she stole their sister’s husband

"They showed her a picture on their phone and asked her if she knew the man in the photo. The woman confirmed that she knew the man and that he is her husband. They accused her of having stolen their sister's husband."

MEYERTON.- The police in Meyerton are investigating a cases of rape,house robbery and armed robbery after a Sicelo extension 5 woman was brutally raped at her home yesterday by two men.

Police spokesperson constable Maria Letsele reports that three men, one armed entered the woman’s home yesterday. “They showed her a picture on their phone and asked her if she knew the man in the photo. The woman confirmed that she knew the man and that he is her husband. They accused her of having stolen their sister’s husband.”

According to Letsele, the woman told the three men that she knew nothing about the other woman. ‘One of the men said that they should all leave but the other two men pushed the woman to her bed and raped her, taking turns.”

“The three men in the pictures can help police with the investigation. Anyone with information regarding the matter or the suspects can contact the investigating officer sergeant Moss Ntsweleng om 016 362 0126/ 082 822 7637.”
