Christmas party for Doulos Ministries’ children
Miss Africa United Nation 2018 and learners from the Interact Club of General Smuts High School treat children at Doulos Ministries with an exciting feast
VEREENIGING. – Vinolia Mabele, Miss Africa United Nation 2018, and learners from the Interact Club of General Smuts High School recently opended their hearts to children at Doulos Ministries by arranging an xeciting Christmas Party for them.
Each child received a set of clothes, a goodie bag and some treats that was sponsored by the staff and Interact members of General Smuts High School.
The Smutsies didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits and presented a Christmas programme that every child at Doulos Ministries enjoyed thoroughly. The children had the opportunity to take a picture with Santa Claus and Miss Mabele when the presents were handed out.
There was a buzz from all the playing, talking and singing while the Smutsies entertained them and it was clear that everybody had a fabulous time. The initiative taken by the Smuts learners must be lauded and deserve support of all their peers and parents. It sets a very good example to the community.
