Deep London makes waves with a new hit song

Two-times Metro FM awards nominee Deep London drops anticipated single featuring Nkosazana Daughter ‘ithuba.’

The most beautiful thing in this world is to see your mom smiling and proud, knowing that you are the reason behind that – this according to the Sandhurst-based Lita Kupela, popularly known as ‘Deep London’.

The 29-year-old producer and musician said seeing his mom proud and happy for him, and surprising him by pitching at his gig in the Eastern Cape, is one of the highlights of his career achievements.

Deep London bags two Metro FM nominations.

“I’ve been 10 years in the music industry, and my mom has always been the centre of my career. I used to sing with my mother back home, and that is when I discovered my talent and love for music.”

Deep London explains that he has spent a lot of his career pushing his signature sound through gigs and has been able to pursue the sonic envelope with experimental grooves and intelligent mixing.

He is grateful to be a two-time Metro FM Awards nominee and has released an amapiano single, Ithuba (‘Chance’), featuring the incredible vocalist Nkosazana Daughter.

“Ithuba is a song about a girl who wants her ex-boyfriend back and believes in second chances. This song celebrates love.”

Deep London adds that he is thankful to have worked with Nkosazana and wants to personally thank her for her writing skills, as her work is always of the highest calibre.

“She is amazing to work with, and Ithuba is available on all streaming and digital platforms.”
