Redhill Primary School’s netball team recently participated in the St Andrews netball festival, which took place from March 29 to April 1.
The Redhill team put on a remarkable performance, playing a total of 13 games and remaining undefeated throughout the festival.
The four-day-long event which was held in mercurial weather conditions from rain to cold and blistering sun, saw Redhill’s players demonstrate their dedication and skill on the court.
Coach Ashleigh Gray, head of netball and swimming at the school, was beyond proud of their team’s achievements and rightly so. Redhill emerged victorious in a fiercely competitive tournament with 32 teams participating, of which 11 were touring teams.
“Congratulations to Redhill on their impressive results at the St Andrews netball festival; we are proud of our girls for these kinds of results,” Gray said.
