The school in Morningside wishes the extended Sandton community a joyous and restful holiday season ahead.

Lycée Jules Verne in Morningside wishes the school and extended Sandton community a joyous and restful festive season with family and friends.

According to communications manager Nonhlanhla Kunene, it was yet another eventful year for the school and equally amazing to see how much they have accomplished.

This included the Lycée once again recording a 100% pass rate for the 2022 Baccalaureate.

“We are extremely proud of our graduating class and anticipate similar results for the Class of 2023.”

Another highlight of the year was the welcoming of the new principal Angélique Haudiquer at the start of the 2022/2023 academic year.

“We look forward to an exciting year ahead and can’t wait for the community to see what we have in store for 2023.”

Kunene shared a message of thanks to the community for its continued support throughout the year.

“On behalf of Lycée Jules Verne students, parents and staff, we would like to wish residents and the community at large a peaceful, joyful and happy festive season. May the New Year bring new learning experiences, new challenges and greater opportunities.
