Saint’s drive-in for a cause

LYME PARK – Enjoy a summer's weekend evening drive-in experience in a safe and secure environment, watching some of your favourite classic movies under the stars and overlooking the charming Sandton skyline.

St Stithians College is inviting you to join them every weekend in the month of November for a drive-in theatre experience to help benefit the school’s Thandulwazi Academic Scholarship Programme.

Enjoy a summer’s weekend evening drive-in experience in a safe and secure environment, watching some of your favourite classic movies under the stars and overlooking the charming Sandton skyline.

The Thandulwazi Academic Scholarship Programme provides scholarships to talented FET-phase historically disadvantaged South African learners, who are currently learning in a school environment where they will not be able to optimise their talent.
This programme provides bursaries to talented mathematics/science learners from Grade 10 to 12 and seeks to place these talented young people in St Stithians College.

St Stithians’ Annie Fyfe-Hitchings said that the experience aims to be a nostalgic outing for friends and family, with all Covid-19 protocols and social distancing observed.

The entry cost is R400 per vehicle, with all proceeds from the event benefiting the scholarship programme. Entry to the event will be at the One & All Gate on Nursery Lane, Lyme Park.
