Covid-19: Gauteng confirmed cases steadily about to reach the 1 000 mark
Johannesburg still has the largest number of positive cases in the province.
The Gauteng Health Department has released the latest breakdown figures of confirmed Covid-19 cases in the province on 16 April.
Gauteng now has 930 confirmed cases with the largest number still in Johannesburg.
Case per districts:
- Johannesburg: 558
- Ekurhuleni: 161
- Tshwane: 104
- Sedibeng: 8
- West Rand: 35
- Unallocated: 64.
There are five confirmed deaths and 479 recoveries in Gauteng.
