Are you interested in attending the Kyalami 9 Hour? We have 19 double tickets to give away for Saturday the 23rd of November as well as six double Race Fan tickets valued at R2500 per pair. Competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Caxton Local Newspapers whose registered office is at 20 Sydney road Ravenswood Boksburg. The competition is open to residents of South Africa except for employees of Caxton Local Newspapers and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or event. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Caxton Radio, Local Caxton News websites under the tab “Car News”, Autodealer social media platforms and the Autodealer print product. In the event that an entrant wins a prize, the necessary tickets will be sent via email to the recipient, should the entrant have supplied the correct email address. The prize includes a pair of tickets to the race on Saturday the 23rd of November only and does not include catering, transport to the venue or any other form of financial assistance. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Closing date for entry will be 19/11/2019. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Winners will be chosen at random by software. The winner will be notified by email no less than two days before the event. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
