Support the SA Guide-Dogs Association
JOBURG – Give the gift of independence and support the South African Guide-Dogs Association by donating something small and stand a chance to win great prizes too.
Hot 91.9fm is a proud partner of the South African Guide-Dogs Association and on 19 August from 6am to 7pm there will be a pledge line to help people who are differently-abled by raising funds to train more guide dogs, service dogs and autism support dogs.
The cost to train one working dog partnership is in excess of R80 000 and SA Guide-Dogs provides a follow-up service for the life of the working dog.
Hot 91.9fm listeners are asked to open their hearts and support the association with much-needed funds. In addition, they are appealing to corporates to buy a table for10 for R10 000 in support of the SA Guide-Dogs Association’s, Gift of Independence Party in the Ballroom @ Montecasino on 10 September. Attendees can enjoy a three-course meal, entertainment by well-known performer Cat Simoni, party band Tokyo Groove and DJ Paul Almeida.
Each guest will receive a gift pack from Estee Lauder and be entered into a draw to win a four-night getaway to the Caledon Hotel and Spa.
People can pledge any amount to help the SA Guide-Dogs Association by texting 47919 on 19 August from 6am to 7pm with the word ‘GIFT’ and the amount.
Help give the gift of independence to people who are visually impaired or physically disabled by donating to the association.
